The Grandville Athletic Boosters is committed to supporting the continuing education of our student athletes after graduation. Each year, four scholarships are awarded to both male and female seniors (for a total of eight awards).

 

The following scholarships are available for graduating seniors of Grandville High School who plan to enter an accredited college or university in the fall.

 

THE RUSSELL DENTON MEMORIAL ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP
  1. The applicant must have an overall G.P.A. =>3.0
  2. Earned TWO athletic varsity letters and be involved in various other school activities.
  3. Need to have at least 3 teacher/coach recommendations. At least 1 being a coach and 1 being a teacher from Grandville.
  4. Attach a one to two page essay explaining 1) How have athletics impacted your high school career, and 2) What skills or attributes from athletics do you hope to carry into college life.
 
THE BOOSTER CLUB ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP
  1. The applicant must have an overall G.P.A. =>3.0
  2. Earned TWO athletic varsity letters and be involved in various other school activities.
  3. Need to have at least 3 teacher/coach recommendations. At least 1 being a coach and 1 being a teacher from Grandville.
  4. Attach a one to two page essay explaining 1) How have athletics impacted your high school career, and 2) What skills or attributes from athletics do you hope to carry into college life.

  1. The applicant must have an overall G.P.A. =>2.0
