Volunteer Form
We are excited to streamline our background check process for volunteers by using a convenient digital form.
- Complete the electronic background check form and upload a valid driver's license.
- Allow 1-2 weeks for processing, after which your school will be notified of the results.
- Only one application is needed per school year and covers all events, students and school buildings.
- We no longer accept paper copies of background checks. If you are unable to complete the electronic form, please visit your school or the administrative office for assistance.
