Maintenance and Operations Department

 

Areas of responsibility include regulatory compliance, energy management, security, life safety, environmental issues, and construction project management.

 

Our staff is responsible for maintaining and cleaning more than 1 million square feet of building space.

 

Areas of responsibilities include swimming pool operations, three walking tracks, ten multi-use fields, seven baseball/softball fields, eight playgrounds, and 18 parking lots. Our crews support athletic events and maintain playing fields.

 

Grandville Public Schools uses a computerized energy management monitoring system.
